Introduction

Principle structure

  • The working principle of the laboratory crusher is to change the rotation of the motor into the high-frequency vibration of the pulverizing device supported on six springs through the action of the eccentric hammer installed at the shaft end of the motor, so that the impact block in the pulverizing chamber can impact the sample at high speed to achieve the purpose of pulverization.
  • The sealed test sample preparation crusher mainly consists of a frame, a motor, an eccentric hammer, an upper cover and a pressing device, wherein the upper part of the upper cover is fixed with a pulverizing device consisting of an impact block, an impact ring and an impact seat, and the pressing device consisting of a bracket locking handle is supported on the bottom by six compression springs.
  • The parts of the crushing device are made of high-quality steel, which has excellent wear resistance after precision processing.
  • Under the action of impact force and compressive stress, a hard and wear-resistant surface layer can be formed, and the more times it is used, the better the work hardening and wear resistance are.
