The hammer crusher is composed of a hammer crushing case body, a rotor, a hammer head, a counter lining plate, a sieve plate and the like. It is mainly composed of an upper casing, a lower casing, a transmission member, a sieve plate member and the like. The main working component is a rotor with a hammer (also known as a hammer). The rotor consists of a main shaft, a disc, a pin and a hammer.
Once the motor drives the rotor to rotate at high speed in the crushing chamber, it will make the material from the upper feed port enter the machine and then be crushed by the impact, shearing and grinding action of the high-speed moving hammer.
In the lower part of the rotor, there is no sieve plate. As a result, the pulverized materials that are smaller than the mesh size can be discharged through the sieve plate. Meanwhile, the coarse-grained grade larger than the mesh size won't pass through the sieve plate and can only be retained on the sieve plate and continue to be struck and grounded by the hammer, and then discharged through the sieve plate outside the machine.
Performance characteristics
This is mainly suitble for medium crushing, as well as for coarse crushing of coal, limetone, slag, and various medium-hard ores and rocks. These materials can be found in construction, electric power, chemical industry, metallurgy, geological and other industries and industrial units.
