General Introduction

Working Principle

A laboratory crusher is a device that crushes materials into granules off by cutting, impacting and squeezing by using the interaction of moving knives and fixed. It by the feeding port, in the crushing chamber, collection box level into. After the material enters into the crushing chamber by the feeding port, it is crushed by the moving knife and fixed knife with high speed rotating movement, and then it falls into the collecting box by the sieve mesh sub-selection, and then completes the crushing.


Proper use

  • Before starting the laboratory crusher, rotate the rotor by hand, check whether the teeth and claws, hammer and rotor operation is flexible and reliable, whether there is collision in the shell, whether the rotor rotation direction is the same as the direction indicated by the machine arrow, whether the power machine and crusher lubrication is good.
  • The laboratory crusher and power unit should be firmly installed. If a long-term fixed operation of the crusher, shall be fixed on a cement foundation; if the crusher is a mobile operation, the set should be installed in the seat made of angle iron, and to guarantee that both the power machine (diesel engine or electric motor) and the pulley slot of the crusher in the same rotational plane.
  • The laboratory crusher after installation to check the fastening of each fastener, if loose to tighten. At the same time to check the belt tightness is appropriate.
  • Workers should always pay attention to the operation of the laboratory crusher when the machine is working, the material should be fed evenly to prevent blockage and bogging, do not work overload for a long time. If there is vibration, noise, bearing and body temperature is too high, outward spraying material and other phenomena, the machine should be immediately shut down to check, troubleshooting before continuing to work.
  • Do not casually replace the pulley, in case the speed is too high to make the crushing chamber explosion, or the speed is too low to affect the efficiency of the crusher.
  • After the crusher start should first idle 2-3 minutes, there is no abnormal phenomenon before feeding work.
