Working Principle

Laboratory crusher is the use of dynamic knife and fixed interaction, through cutting, impact, extrusion, etc., the material will be crushed into particles off the equipment. It consists of the feeding port, in the crushing chamber, collection box level into. The material enters the crushing chamber by the feeding port, and after being crushed by the moving knife and fixed knife with high speed rotating movement, it is divided and selected by the screen and falls into the collecting box to complete the crushing.

 

Proper use

  1. The laboratory crusher before starting, first rotate the rotor by hand, and then check whether the tooth claw, hammer blade and rotor operation is flexible and reliable, whether the shell has collision phenomenon, whether rotary direction of the rotor is consistent with the direction pointed by the machine arrow, whether the lubrication of the power machine and crusher is good.
  2. The laboratory crusher and power unit should be firmly installed. If a long-term fixed operation of the crusher, shall be fixed on a cement foundation; if the crusher is a mobile operation, the set should be installed in the seat made of angle iron, and to guarantee that both the power machine (diesel engine or electric motor) and the pulley slot of the crusher in the same rotational plane.
  3. After the installation of the laboratory crusher to check the fastening of each fastener, if loose to tighten. Meanwhile, check the belt tightness is appropriate.
  4. Workers should always pay attention to the operation of the laboratory crusher when the machine is working, the material should be fed evenly to prevent blockage and bogging, do not work overload for a long time. If there is vibration, noise, bearing and body temperature is too high, outward spraying material and other phenomena, the machine should be immediately shut down to check, troubleshooting before continuing to work.
  5. Do not randomly replace the pulley, in order to prevent the speed is too high to cause an explosion in the crushing chamber, or the speed is too low to impact the efficiency of the crusher.
  6. After the crusher start should first idle 2-3 minutes, there is no abnormal phenomenon before feeding work.
