Correct use

  • Before starting the laboratory crusher, first rotate the rotor by hand to check whether the teeth, hammer pieces, and rotor operate flexibly and reliably, whether there is any collision inside the shell, whether the rotation direction of the rotor is consistent with the direction indicated by the machine arrow, and whether the lubrication of the power machine and crusher is good.
  • The laboratory crusher and power unit should be installed firmly. If the crusher is fixed for long-term operation, it should be fixed on the cement foundation; If the crusher is a mobile operation, the unit should be installed on a base made of angle iron, and ensure that the belt pulley grooves of the power machine (diesel engine or electric motor) and the crusher are in the same rotating plane.
  • After the installation of the laboratory crusher, it is necessary to check the fastening of each fastener and tighten it if there is any looseness. At the same time, check whether the belt tightness is appropriate.
  • During work, it is necessary to pay attention to the operation of the laboratory crusher at all times, and feed evenly to prevent blockages and overloading of the vehicle. If vibration, noise, excessive temperature between the bearing and the body, or spraying materials outward are found, the machine should be immediately shut down for inspection and troubleshooting before continuing work.
  • Do not replace the belt pulley casually to prevent the crushing chamber from exploding due to high rotational speed, or the working efficiency of the crusher from being affected by low rotational speed.
  • After starting the pulverizer, it should first idle for 2-3min, and then feed and work after there are no abnormalities.
