Basic Introduction

Principle structure
The working principle of a laboratory crusher is to use an eccentric hammer installed at the end of the motor shaft to transform the rotation of the motor into high-frequency vibration of a crushing device supported on six springs, causing the impact block in the crushing chamber to produce high-speed impact on the sample to achieve the purpose of crushing. The sealed laboratory sample preparation crusher mainly consists of a frame, a motor, an eccentric hammer, an upper cover, and a compression device. The upper part of the upper cover is fixed with a crushing device composed of an impact block, an impact ring, and an impact seat. The compression device composed of a bracket locking handle is supported on the bottom by six compression springs. The components of the crushing device are all made of high-quality steel, which has undergone precision processing and excellent wear resistance. Under the action of impact force and compressive stress, a hard and wear-resistant surface layer can be formed. The more times of use, the better the work hardening and wear resistance.
