Working Principle
Therefore, it is mainly relying on the impact energy to complete the crushing work. In the operation of the hammer crusher, material enters the crusher cavity evenly as the motor drives the rotor to rotate at high speed. Materials are crushed by the impact and shear of the high speed rotating hammer head, while the gravity of the material itself causes the material to rush from the high speed rotating hammer head to the baffle and screen bar inside the frame. If the size of the material is larger than the screen hole, the material will continue to be struck and ground by the hammer until it is crushed to the required size and finally discharged from the machine through the screen.
Operation and Maintenance
This is a high-speed rotary crushing machine. Therefore, it should be operated in strict accordance with the rules and regulations and be maintained in order to ensure its normal operation.
(1) Prior to starting and stopping the machine, make contact with the relevant upper and lower processes of the machine and operate it accordingly in the order of starting and stopping.
(2) Note that the crusher should be started empty and the crushing chamber should be emptied before stopping.
(3) Make frequent checks on all ground bolts and liner bolts of the equipment for looseness, if any, promptly tighten them.
(4) Frequently check the use of the hammer head, liner plate and other wearable parts, and timely deal with any problems found.
(5) To look at the lubrication situation frequently, to maintain a good state of the lubrication system. Bearings of the rotor temperature should be kept below 60 ℃, the highest does not exceed 70 ℃, if the discovery of over temperature should identify the causes, timely measures to eliminate.
(6) Maintenance of feeding evenly, and pay attention to not make metal debris feeding.
(7) Take care to check whether the size of the discharge material meets the quality requirements, if not, it should replace the grate bar or adjust the height of the grate bar bracket.
