Through the use of mechanical transmission, the steel mold is automatically injected with fuel and then sent into the forming machine head. The mixed concrete is preformed onto the mold and cut into a single cement tile, which is then chipped, colored, and polished. Finally, it is put onto a rack for curing (which usually takes 10-12 hours) before demolding and completing the production process. By replacing the different extrusion heads and molds, different roof tiles can be created.
Roof Tile Making Machine
This roof tile making machine features quick molding speed, high output, and reliable performance, all due to its PLC automatic control and man-machine interface. The molding speed can reach up to 8 pcs/min with full hydraulic and pneumatic production. Furthermore, this machine is able to press slurry concrete, making the final product perfect in structure and various in designs. Additionally, the product is big in density and high in strength, precise in size which can meet any building need.
The multi-usage of this machine adds to its greatness, as it can make all kinds of color tiles, such as roof tiles, ridge tiles, edge tiles, drainage tile and gutter tiles and more.
In terms of technical parameters, 1.2mm of plate is used with the host power of 22 KW. Moreover, there are 22 channels with multiple sub-rollers, which ensures that there is no scratches on the surface of the profile. As for the molding speed, it ranges from 8 to 15 m/min. Additionally, the cutting method is 3 KW hydraulic cutting and the roll material is Gcr15, which is a high carbon chromium bearing steel, with high hardenability. It also stands out considering that the quenching is at 58-62 degrees and the control mode is PLC length control, with length error +/- 1mm. For the equipment base, it is welded with steel plate, with an upper iron plate gantry type structure, possess great strength and high precision.
Automatic clay tile press machines are designed to provide you with the most cost-effective solution when it comes to producing a variety of roof tiles, edge tiles, and floor tiles. This range of machines can be used to transform raw materials like clay, soil, and mud into the desired products with great ease and efficiency.
We are proud to offer two different types of machines to meet your specific needs. Our mechanical press machines are capable of delivering a consistent performance, while our pneumatic press machines boast a pressure capacity of 20 Ton.
