Mechanical transmission system is employed to send the steel mold into the forming machine head followed by an automatic fuel injection system. The mixed concrete is preformed on the mold. After that, it is cut in one piece and formed a cement tile. The process after that is including chipping, coloring, polishing and fixed on a rack. The fabrication process finally ends with a curing process of 10-12 hours, demolding and packaging.
Manufacturers can also change the extrusion heads and molds to produce diversified roof tiles.
The roast tile making machine is a reliable machine with a quick molding speed, high output, and reliable performance. It uses a PLC auto control and has a man-machine interface, allowing for easier operation and more precise performance. The molding speed can reach up to 8 pieces a minute and is powered by a hydraulic and pneumatically produced operation.
The slurry concrete is pressed by a pressure filtration type mold, resulting in a product that is perfect in its structure and design—being big in density, high in strength, and precise in size. This can be used for many different building purposes.
This machine’s benefits are multiple-purpose, as it can make various types of roof tiles, ridge tiles, edge tiles, drainage tiles, gutter tiles, and more.
