At the time of production, push the start button on the control cabinet of the electrical connection part, then the upper mixing and pelletizing drive starts at the frequency set by frequency converter, while the upper mixing and pelletizing drive drives the mixing and pelletizing shaft to rotate. Above stirring and pelletizing shaft is equipped with stirrer and pelletizing spiral blade, and the mud material is conveyed to the extrusion tank through the conveying belt. Under the stirring and pelletizing action of the stirrer and pelletizing spiral blade, mud material passes through the plug screen plate installed in the transition vacuum chamber and finally falls into the lower vacuum chamber through the middle transition vacuum chamber. In the meantime, press the lower start button, and the lower drive motor starts under the frequency set by the inverter, then the lower drive motor drives the lower drive pulley to rotate, and it drives the pneumatic clutch on the lower drive pulley through the lower joint group belt to drive the pneumatic clutch pulley to idle. Through the air filter, the vacuum grain group will suck out the air falling into the lower vacuum box mud. Simultaneously the start button of the lower pneumatic clutch pulley is pressed, the pneumatic clutch pulley's air source solenoid valve works, which drives the lower clutch pulley to work through air suction, and the lower differential speed reducer drives rotating movement of the lower extrusion spindle through the key connection. Meanwhile, lower extrusion spindle is installed on the mud shaft drive teeth through the mud shaft to roller teeth, so as to make the mud shaft rotate, with the mud screw installed on the mud shaft rotate, and press the mud of the upper level into the receiving screw leaf. Spiral blade of receiving material rotates with the extrusion spindle and conveys the mud to the compressing spiral blade, which compresses the mud and conveys it to the extruding spiral blade, which further compresses the mud and squeezes it to move forward. When the clay material passes through the mud bar installed on the clay cylinder, it is interrupted, thus the clay material does not pass through the spiral pattern produced by the long time extrusion of the spiral leaves at all levels, the clay material is extruded by the back clay material and continues to move forward to the extrusion spiral leaves, then it is extruded into the pressure head by the extrusion spiral leaves, and is extruded into the next production process through the forming die.
