Precautions
The installation, use and maintenance of the hammer crusher is based on the general requirements of a toothed roll crusher, but the following points should be emphasized:
(1) It is the hammer crusher that crushes the material by means of a high-speed rotating hammer head. Thus, it is necessary to install the foundation and the rotating shaft in a strictly horizontal position with an error of not more than 0.5/1000mm longitudinally and not more than 0.1/1000mm axially.
(2) Depending on the requirements of the crushing size, the gap between the hammer head and the grate bar of the hammer crusher can be adjusted by the two eccentric wheels on the lower part of the grate bar. Adjustment of the gap is required: if the crushing size of the material is 5mm, the gap between the hammer head and the grate bar can be adjusted to 10~15mm; if the crushing size is 10mm, the gap can be adjusted to between 15~25mm. However, according to the size of crushing, the gap of the grate itself can be adjusted within a certain range by adding or subtracting shims.
(3) Check the wear of the liner plate, hammer head and grate bar regularly during the use of the hammer crusher. It should be replaced in time if necessary. Once the hammer head is worn out, repair it with alloy welding rod and continue to use it, but the welding should be symmetrical and balanced, otherwise it can lead to unbalanced operation of the equipment and violent vibration.
(4) Replace the hammer head must be replaced in pairs according to the relative position, otherwise may cause unbalance of rotor rotation.
(5) Rotor bearing temperature should not exceed 70 ℃, such as more than 70 ℃, should immediately stop to check and deal with.
(6) In the case of thin oil lubrication in the bearing housing, the bearing should be lubricated after every 8h of work. Keep the height of the oil surface in the centre of the lowest one ball, and change the lubricant once every 3 months. Should dry oil lubrication be used, the dry oil cup gland should be screwed 2~3 times per shift to add a certain amount of dry oil, and the bearing should be cleaned once every 6 months.
